number of licenses required is based on the total number of 'Support Operators' that need to access the
helpdesk to manage the
support process. 'Users' or 'Customers' who may log
and track calls may be unlimited and do not count toward the software price.
Additional
licenses are available at discounted prices. Educational
Establishments and Registered Charities are entitled to a 15% discount on the quoted
prices - please ask for a quotation
